Description
The small brass figure of Lord Krishna as the cowherd Krishna is given a nice and delicate touch with a deep sense of finesse. Lord Krishna spent his childhood in Vrindavan on the bank of Yamuna as a cowherd and there are lot of anecdotes about Lord Krishna's childhood when he killed so many demons sent by uncle Kanch to kill him. He protected the people of Vrindavan from impending catastrophe. Lord Krishna mesmerized his fellow cowherds and gopis with his fine tunes of the heavenly flute. They went crazy in divine love for Lord Krishna’s company.

The beautiful image of the Guru Dattatreya is nicely carved out of single block of marble by the sculptor revealing some attractive characteristics of the marble sculpture. The guru is considered by some Hindus in western India to be God and an incarnation of the Trinity: Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshar. Datta means ‘Given;’ and is called so because the divine trinity have ‘given’ themselves in the form of a son to the sage couple Atri and Anasuya. Awadhoota is the son of Atri, hence the name ‘Atreya.’ In the Nath tradition, Ahe is identified as an Avatar or incarnation of Lord Shiva and as the Adi-Guru (First Teacher) of the Adinath Sampradaya of the Nathas. Although Dattatreya was at first a ‘Lord of Yoga’ revealing Tantric traits, the god was soon assimilated into the more devotional cults. He is still worshipped by millions of Hindus and approached more as a benevolent God. The three heads of the figure, which are of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, and six hands, have been gracefully carved out. They are wearing gold plates and the handmade designs sparkle in the statues. The smiling faces of the trinity are amazing. The god is accompanied by the cow. The godheads have been beautifully decorated and even the cow is painted well.

Description
The brass sculpture of Lord Shiva deeply immersed in meditation has minimal etchings. While the composure of the idol is mesmerizing, it evidently portrays him as Bhole Nath, which means that he is a guileless, simple and kind-hearted benefactor of his devotees. There are many stories that establish how Lord Shiva granted boons to even the crooked of his devotees and has been easier to please than rest of the gods. For example, once Lord Shiva granted boon to a demon Bhasmaasura that whatever he would touch would be reduced to ashes. The demon in turn tried to touch the lord himself. Thereupon, Lord Vishnu had to assume the form of a damsel Mohini and stage a drama to make Bhasmaasura place his hand on his own head.
